Children Advocacy Resilience Education
The C.A.R.E. team conducts comprehensive and holistic assessments for every child supported by Safe Futures. Child-centred, family-focused safety, learning and care plans provide an integrated, collaborative response. The aim of the team's work is to create safety, stability and promote healthy development for all children and their families. The team also actively seeks out opportunities to ensure every child is able to reach their academic, sporting, artistic and musical potential and has access to activities that promote social, cultural and spiritual connection to their community.
This joint initiative between Safe Futures Foundation and Croydon Community School focuses on re-enrolment at new schools as well as supporting students who have disengaged from education. The Project Officer is responsilbe for the 'Respectful Relationship' Program in the outer east as well as liasing with our feeder schools
