Workplace giving

Why give?

Because giving is the single most powerful thing you can do to help those who are living with control, abuse and violence.

Workplace giving is a great way for employees and employers to assist us in delivering our services. A regular donation from your income results in a tax reduction as you give. With one simple and low-cost setup, organisations are able to demonstrate their corporate social responsibility.

$10 a month
Can help buy toys and resources for the Safe Children Bright Futures Satellite school

$20 a month
Can help purchase resources for our therapy programs

$50 a month
Can provide bedding and toiletries for a woman and her children.

$100 a month
Will allow a woman and her children to have access to fresh fruits and vegetables for a week.

How does it work?

For employees
You can donate money directly through your pay to us on a regular basis and receive a tax-deduction as you give. Simply complete the Workplace Giving registration form and nominate your chosen amount to donate each pay from your pre-tax salary. This means you will get tax savings straight away, reducing your taxable income.

Send the Completed Workplace Giving registration form to your payroll officer and ask them to set it up for you. Your payroll officer can get more information on how to set up Workplace Giving at www.ato.gov.au. Alternatively, please contact us on the details below.

For employers
As an employer, if you wish to offer workplace giving, you can invite your employees to enter into a workplace giving program. Your employees nominate their preferred charity and then specify the amount they wish to donate. For more information on setting up workplace giving, visit www.ato.gov.au.

"For a long time I felt like I didn’t matter, and putting up with everything eventually caught up with me. All I wanted was someone who understood and cared and you guys came along and have made such a big change in me and my beautiful girl's lives, I have no words to describe how thankful I am to all of you."
